1. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means that item has no damage and traces of use, including all original labels, tags and in the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Contact us at spellabrand@gmail.com to start an exhange within 14 days from the date of the purchase. If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. You are responsible for the shipping of your exchange using a carrier of your choice. Once we receive it and verify the quality, we will process the exchange of the sizing you need.

4. We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they were sent to our warehouse after the 14-day period, or if the condition of the goods differs from that in which you received them.

5. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
